Surbhi has over 13 years of experience in both Human Resources & Business functions. She has worked across manufacturing and service sectors, spanning industries such as Chemicals, Fertilizers, FMCG, Insurance & Consulting.
Surbhi’s area of expertise include; Business HR, Organization Development (OD), HR Strategy, Performance & Career Acceleration, Talent Management, Organization Design, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, HR Benchmarking & Reward & Recognition.
Surbhi has also worked in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Quality & Project Management functions.
Surbhi has acquired her PGDM from Amity Business School. She has certifications in Competency Based Interviewing by SHL; Case Writing by Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a Certified TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) Assessor by TBEG (Tata Business Excellence Group).

Shruti is the a spirited individual who loves to work with people. Her major in Psychology from Delhi University & a management degree in Human Resources from SIBM has only furthered this interest into a passion.
Prior to her association with PeopleQ , she has 10 + years of Corporate HR & Freelance experience spread across industries . She has been associated with organisations like BPCL, HSBC Bank , Genpact , Religare , Mondelez & Aditya Birla Group . Her experience spans across a across a gamut of HR functions including areas of performance and talent management, culture , engagement & employee in sighting , HR Business partnering, training & development , competency mapping, Process toolkit design & delivery.
In her various assignments she takes pride in creating enablers for attracting, retaining and developing a diverse workforce and establishing a culture of inclusion . Her proactive attitude, capability to think in and out of the box with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills has helped her deliver high quality engagement initiatives.

Swati has nearly 14 years of HR experience across performance and talent management, assessment centers, HR business partnership, Competency mapping, training delivery, content creation, policies and processes documentation. She has also authored two text books for Welingkar Institute of Management Studies.
Her experience spans across retail, IT and media industries with organizations like Shoppers’ Stop Ltd., Tech Mahindra, Reliance Big Broadcasting and Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. After completing her B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from St. Xavier’s College, she pursued her post graduate diploma in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute. She has been certified as a trainer from Grey Cells HRD, Training and Placement Consultants and certified on Competency Mapping by T V Rao Learning Systems.
Being a complete action oriented professional, Swati believes in taking up a task to see it through to the finish line with complete zest, thoroughness, sincerity and practicality.
